Super Junior’s Choi Siwon voted as male idol with the best body


Super Junior‘s Siwon, who’s known as an “Um-Chin-Ah” (the ideal son), has been voted as the male idol with the best body.

A cosmetic clinic recently revealed the results to a survey that had taken place between July 17th and August 2nd, asking 654 of its female customers which male idol member has a body that is just as good as South Korean swimmer Park Tae Hwan.

The results showed Super Junior’s Choi Siwon, who recently returned with the group’s 6th album, topping the list with a total of 197 (30%) votes.

Second place with 152 (23%) votes was B2ST‘s vocalist, Kikwang. His unexpected muscular body attracted the second most votes as he is known for his cute and youthful appearance. Trailing behind were 2PM‘s Taecyeon and ZE:A‘s Dongjun with 141 (21%) and 124 (18%) votes, respectively.

Those who voted for Siwon commented, “Choi Siwon, the man who has it all. He even has a perfect body“, “He’s handsome, tall, and even has the perfect body… He’s a living statue“, “What is there that he lacks?“, and more.

Other idols that were also chosen include JYJ‘s Jaejoong and MBLAQ‘s Lee Joon.

Super Junior releases Siwon & Kyuhyun’s teaser photos for ‘Sexy, Free & Single’


Following the release of beautiful teasers for Yesung, Shindong, Eunhyuk, Leeteuk, Ryeowook, Donghae, Kangin, and Sungmin, the popular boy group Super Junior has released the teaser images for Kyuhyun and Siwon!

Much like the previous teaser photos, the new images of the two members show a 180-degree spin around from their former “ubersexual” concept, bringing about much attention from fans who are anticipating yet another hit from the group.

Super Junior’s newest album, “Sexy, Free & Single“, is purported to have a “beautiful males” concept and will be released on July 1st online, followed by an offline release on July 4th.

Super Junior & Girls’ Generation reveal the members who make the most money



Girls’ Generation‘s Tiffany revealed which of her fellow members made the biggest money on the May 1st broadcast of SBS ‘Strong Heart‘.

When asked who made the most amongst Girls’ Generation, Tiffany answered, “YoonA has a lot of individual activities… so honestly, it’s YoonA.”

“But Seohyun, Taeyeon, and I will be promoting as unit ‘TaeTiSeo‘ and so we are looking forward to the results,” she continued.

Then Super Junior member Leeteuk revealed, “Last year I participated in 8 different programs and a CF too, but I didn’t make the most, Choi Siwon did. He made a lot of money filming CFs in Taiwan, Thailand, and China.”

Fellow member Eunhyuk added, “No matter how much we make, the amount will be less than the amount Siwon has now,” causing everyone on set to laugh.

Super Junior Siwon and Ryeowook Graduate from University


Super Junior members Siwon and Ryeowook are now certified degree holders. The two idols attended their graduation ceremonies at the Inha University on February 24.

Siwon celebrated the event with a post on his Twitter (@siwon407), saying “At the beginning of the realization towards bigger dreams in the wider world. Proud to graduate from Inha.” With the comment was a picture of himself in a toga and holding his diploma.


Netizens who have seen the photos replied with their congratulations. Some even praised his hunky appearance in his graduation clothes.

Ryeowook also graduated in the same university on the same day. He also tweeted (@ryeong9), “FINISHED! Thank you to professors, assistant Lisa, seniors and all who helped me graduate with these qualifications. I have not been active in campus, but my heart is here. Lastly, thank you to all professors. I’ll never forget you.” He was likewise captured in his toga, complete with cap and holding his certificates and congratulatory bouquet.


“You’re both cool,” “It’s a bittersweet thing to graduate,” “In the future, be even more triumphant,” “Celebrities certainly take a different graduation picture,” “Model Force,” and such reactions flooded social networking sites.

Siwon Shaves Off His Stubble For a Selca


Super Junior’s Siwon is currently wandering around London and when he uploaded a picture, he revealed a little stubble on his face. So after asking if he should shave or not…he did!

On January 23rd, Siwon (@Siwon407) tweeted the picture of him on the streets of London with the message, “Hello amazing city London! Let’s make a beautiful time with me. find me now ;P”

And on January 24th, we see him in the bathroom after his quick shave, saying ” I shaved.. :) !! good morning beautiful world. enjoy your day. chuchu <3″

I hope he gets some rest and enjoys his vacation.

Super Junior’s Kyuhyun and Eunhyuk spotted checking out someone’s behind


On January 5th, Super Junior‘s Siwon revealed a hilarious photo of Kyuhyun and Eunhyuk checking out someone’s behind at an awards show.

Along with the photo Siwon wrote, “Boys…^^”.

Netizens commented, “Hahahaha. Made my day!”, “LMAO”, and  “AAAAAAAHAHAHAHAHAHA Because you naughty naughty! LOL ^^”.

Looks like boys will be boys.

Super Junior's Eunhyuk, Siwon and Kyuhyun Cause a Huge Commotion in the Philippines


The three Super Junior members caused a stir with their short and sudden visit to the Philippines. They were scheduled to film a CF for "Kyochon" (one of the largest Korean fried chicken restaurant chains in South Korea) when suddenly they had to cancel the filming due to the huge amount of people that went to see them.

Philippine ELF received a big surprise when Siwon announced through his Twitter account that he'd be heading to the Philippines to film the ad.

The other two members joined later and upon their arrival, they started filming the CF early in the morning. There were so many Philippine ELF requesting to please let them talk to the members that the staff agreed only if the fans promised to behave and wait patiently.

But after a while, the"mini fan-meeting" and the filming were cancelled due to the frenzy around the members. One of the fans started running, passed by Eunhyuk and hugged Kyuhyun. Then the commotion started because everybody was surprised, even the members. It was so unexpected that the members had to go back to their bus and cancel the rest of the filming schedule due to the amount of people and that tiny incident.

Fans started crying because they really wanted to talk to the members but since it wasn't safe for the members and even for the fans themselves, their opportunity faded away.

Super Junior's popularity is definitely huge but let's hope that these kinds of incidents don't happen again.

Super Junior Siwon in Manila for a Commercial Shoot


It seems that Filipino fans of Super Junior will start the year of the black water dragon fandoming. Siwon of Super Junior surprised many fans when he tweeted around 7pm, Korea time (Jan.1)



“On my way to the airport now going to MANILA! A New Year new night in MANILA PHILIPPINES ! Yoohoo!”

Many fans got curious and asked why is he going to Manila. Many of them also signified that they will go to the airport to greet him.

Dongho of U-Kiss also replied “Oh so you went to Manila. hehe. Because of you, Hyung, my English is getting better kk. Please take care and come back safely ^^hehehe Hi~ Manila!!”

After arriving in Manila, Siwon tweeted again saying “I just arrived. What’s up Manila! Still new (New Year’s) day here!” With a photo of the airport full of passengers. Apparently his flight landed few minutes after 11pm in Philippine time.

Then he replied to Dongho’s tweet

“I have to learn Chinese from you~^^Dongho ya, have a prosperous New Year again~^^ It’s still 11:25pm here.” Since Philippine time is an hour behind Korea, a Happy New Year greeting was still “officially” valid. After that he tweeted again

“Everyone I’m in Manila for a commercial shoot! It’s not yet 12mn here so let me greet you..^^ There are many things that happened in year 2011. For 2012, I wish you all happiness, all the time, and more fortune to come. I love you all^^!”

Siwon’s arrival in the Philippines is a big surprise to many fans. Based on Siwon’s tweet, the only definite information is that he is in Manila for a commercial shoot. However, there are many speculations as it became a hot topic on Twitter and many online forums. Some said he will be filming a commercial for a local clothing line. Some say that other Suju members, Kyuhyun and Eunhyuk are also with him. While some claim that it is only Kyuhyun. Some fans also said that there is one more member, who might be Leetuk or the group’s manager who is commonly called Prince Manager. Hopefully, we could a clearer picture of what’s really happening after Manila’s beautiful sunrise greets Siwon.

Filipino fans showed their supports by waiting outside the airport even though it was a surprised announcement. Some said they could not sleep knowing that Siwon is just in the same city with them.
