5tion’s Oh Byung Jin receives attention for his celebrity connections


5tion‘s Oh Byung Jin and his list of celebrity friends is becoming a hot topic.

Oh Byung Jin recently uploaded a snapshot of him and TVXQ‘s Yunho alongside fellow member, Lee Hyeon, on his Facebook page. The photo shows TVXQ’s Yunho holding 5tion’s latest album, ‘Reverse‘, while putting his thumb up in approval. Meanwhile, Oh Byung Jin is seen putting his arm around Yunho signifying their close friendship.

Oh Byung Jin and Yunho had a good relationship with each other before their debut. According to Oh Byung Jin, “We knew each other before our debut and Yunho is a close hoobae that I can depend on. Because my group members and I are lacking in dance skills, we learned a lot from Yunho on how to dance.”

Oh Byung Jin is also know for being best friends with actors Jung Woo Sung, Lee Jung Jae, and Oh Ji Ho. He launched a fashion clothing store with Jung Woo Sung and Lee Jung Jae, while he heads a kimchi business with Oh Ji Ho.

Oh Byung Jin and his group, 5tion, are currently receiving much popularity with their song, “Papillon“.

Kim Bum’s Flawless Abs


Kim Bum has been helping out the drama he appears in (“Padam Padam”) gain attention every time he takes his shirt off! In the drama, Kim Bum plays the role of Jung Woo Sung’s guardian angel. However, this angel isn’t your typical one. He kisses other characters, beats up the main character, and is often manipulative. (My kind of angel)


The reason Kim Bum took his shirt off in that picture is to check if he still has wings, and also to destroy the minds of helpless female viewers.

Currently the drama is in its 12th episode which was broadcast on January 10. The drama is about Kang Chil (Jung Woo Sung’s character) who gains a miraculous second chance in life and is falling in love with Jina. (Played by Han Ji Min) Currently Kim Bum the guardian angel is trying hard to make the two fall in love.

“Padam Padam,” Jung Woo Sung and Kim Bum show their abs


Pictures of Jung Woo Sung and Kim Bum’s abs are released.

In the pictures released by the production company of JTBC’s Padam Padam… The Sound of His and Her Heartbeats (written by Noh Hee Kyung and directed by Kim Gyu Tae) on December 5, Jung Woo Sung and Kim Bum’s abs are drawing attention.

The pictures of the two actors having their top taken off show tough masculinity of Yang Kang Chil (Jung Woo Sung), a model prisoner serving his sentence for 16 years, and unexpected charm of Lee Gook Soo (Kim Bum), who has muscular abs that seem mismatched with his cute and innocent look.

Jung Woo Sung’s body, still muscular although quite a bit of time has passed, is fascinating. And Kim Bum, who lost 11 kg for this drama, is showing masculinity with his slim body and muscular abs.

People responded: “Wow, I’m so fascinated by them,” “What is this awkward mood shown in the pictures?” “Both of them are so great,” “I’m so excited to watch Padam Padam.”

Padam Padam is a drama about love and miracle described by Yang Kang Chil, discharged from prison after serving a 16-year sentence as falsely accused of murder, Jung Ji Na (Han Ji Min), a realistic and selfish woman, and Lee Guk Soo, a humane angel who wants to keep Kang Chil and Ji Na’s love. It stars Jung Woo Sung, Han Ji Min, Kim Bum, Kim Min Kyung, Lee Jae Woo, Choi Tae Jun, Na Moon Hee, and Jang Hang Sun. It will first air on December 5 at 8:45 pm.

Who in the world is Lee Ji Ah?!


Following today’s stunning news of Seo Taiji and Lee Ji Ah’s divorce lawsuit, many fans have been questioning the true identity of Lee Ji Ah. We all know her for the roles in MBC dramas “The Legend (Tae Wang Sa Shin Ki)," "Beethoven Virus," and SBS drama “Athena: Goddess of War,” but aside from that, not much has been revealed or made public about her. Just as her nickname “Alien” exemplifies, Lee Ji Ah has not revealed much of her secret private life, and now all the media and fans are scrutinizing this enigmatic woman’s mysterious identity.

Lee Ji Ah who debuted in 2004 through a TV commercial with Bae Yong Joon, surprised many when she was cast for the leading female role of MBC drama “The Legend.” Not only did she come out of nowhere, it was all the more astounding when no one was able to dig out any of her pre-debut pictures or old friends. Heck, it was even reported in 2008 that she didn’t graduate, let alone ever attend the Pasadena Art Center in California as indicated in her official profile. Her name is being questioned as well. Apparently, her lawsuit is being processed under the name Kim Ji Ah instead of her “official celebrity name” Lee Ji Ah, but it has been reported that her original name in fact was Kim Sang Eun. Likewise her age is in doubt as it was reported that her age in the lawsuit turns out to be 33 years old, as opposed to the listed age of 30 in her official profile.
Moreover, her exceptional language and musical skills have been noted by fans as well. In a YouTube clip introducing MBC drama “Beethoven Virus,” Lee Ji Ah showcased her perfect English skills, and during a promotion for MBC drama “The Legend” in Japan, she once again shocked many with her fluent Japanese. Her musical skills have also garnered a lot of attention when she played bass guitar for Dr. Core 911 and even wrote the song, “Vampire Romance” with the band. She can pretty much sing and write songs, and play the bass guitar as well.

According to her agency, her family moved to the States when she was young and lived there for about 10 years. Her parents currently live in New York and she has one younger brother. She started dating Jung Woo Sung recently and was even having a casual lunch with him a few hours before the lawsuit news broke out, according to local media. But this is pretty much all we know about her. Up until a few hours ago, we had no idea she was married to Seo Taiji, arguably one of the most influential KPOP artists ever, let alone for 14 years. Reportedly the couple has two children and Lee Ji Ah was the one who first filed the lawsuit asking for approximately five billion won (five million USD). Even her boy friend Jung Woo Sung told local media that he had no clue she was married and had children, as he is in a complete state of shock. Neither party has released an official statement yet so until then the true story of Lee Ji Ah will continue to remain hidden in a veil of mystery.
