MYNAME successfully finished off their first solo concert in Korea since their debut 1 and half years ago. The concert entitled, ‘The Beginning‘, was held at the Interpark Art Center in Seoul on the 3rd.

MYNAME have been gaining an enormous following in Japan and drew a crowd of over 5,ooo fans to their recent solo concert in Japan. Their popularity in Korea was no different. MYNAME opened up the concert with their new single “Just That Little Thing” followed by powerful dance performances to “Message“, “Astonished“, and “Everlastin’ Luv“. The boys also showed off their vocal prowess with beautiful harmonies to their songs “Hello & Goodbye” and “Replay“, as well as Backstreet Boys‘ hit classic “I Want It That Way“.

Fly to the Sky‘s Hwanhee created the idol group and the nickname ‘Hwanhee’s Boys’ have followed MYNAME since their debut. As a tribute to Hwanhee, the group also performed a parade of Fly to the Sky’s hit songs.

MYNAME will also be returning to Japan this May for a tour across cities in Japan including Tokyo, Osaka, and Nagoya.

MYNAME is continuing on with their achievements in Japan as they have successfully wrapped up their solo concert, ‘MYNAME 1st LIVE – What’s Up‘, with 5,000 lucky fans in attendance.

According to the group’s agency on December 18th, “MYNAME kicked off their two-day solo concert titled ‘MYNAME 1st LIVE – What’s Up’ on December 15th and 17th in Osaka and Tokyo. The boys met with a total of 5,000 fans, successfully wrapping up their first solo concert.”

The two-hour long concert had fans go wild as the group rocked the concert hall with a series of their songs, including their debut track “Message“, and solo stage performances.

The representative continued, “MYNAME is enjoying an immense amount of popularity in Japan as tickets for the two-day concert were sold out. There is much anticipation being placed on their future activities in Japan.”
In related news, MYNAME will be releasing their 2nd Korean single in January.

MYNAME has finally made their return with the release of their second single “Just That Little Thing“!

Fans of the group have been waiting a very long time for this return and the boys haven’t disappointed with the release of a powerful new track.

In addition to the new release, they’ll also be holding their first concert in Korea in March to spend some time with their domestic fans.

Like mentioned previously, MYNAME will be holding their first solo concert in March to coincide their latest domestic comeback with “Just That Little Thing“. The group has since then unveiled some more details about the upcoming event, mentioning that the concert will be titled, ‘The Beginning‘.

It has also been announced that this anticipated event will be held at Seoul’s UNIQLO AX Hall on March 2nd.

MYNAME is currently preparing to showcase their powerful choreography and upgraded stage manners during the concert. The group will also perform the songs from their 2nd single album including title track “Just That Little Thing“, “Astonished” and “Drawn To You“, as well as their previous songs “Message” and “Hello & Goodbye“. The five members will also hold special stages for the Korean fans who waited for their return.

Rookie group MYNAME will be holding their first solo concert this coming March at the UNIQLO-AX Hall.

The boys, who debuted in the second half of 2011, attracted much media attention for their excellent vocal skills as well as visuals. They are also known for their success overseas, especially in Japan, and have returned with their second single album, “Just That Little Thing“.

MYNAME has been revealing teaser images since January 14th, and unveiled their music video teaser as well. They are preparing for official promotions on television and music shows, and are excited to spend time with their fans during their first solo concert.

MYNAME teased their fans with a photo for their comeback.

On January 10th (KST), their official fancafe was updated with a photo that read ‘2nd Single Album. MYNAME is coming soon‘. The fansite also allowed for fans to order the group’s signed album until January 23rd, hinting that the album would be released in late January or early February.

Their label, H2 Media, also tweeted,

MYNAME has kicked off their first Japanese TV show entitled, ‘MYNAME’s W Kitchen‘.

H2 Media stated on January 10th, “MYNAME will star in a new program on Japan’s Tokyo MX entitled, ‘MYNAME’s W Kitchen’. MYNAME’s first self-entitled program in Japan is receiving a lot of interest. We ask for your support.”

‘MYNAME W Kitchen’ is a show featuring two teams that will compete against each other in cooking battles and will bring awareness of Korean foods to Japan. It has also been revealed that AKB48 Team K‘s Nagao Mariya and MYNAME’s Insoo will work together as MCs to host the new program.

The show has already revealed the first episode on the 7th and will be broadcast every Monday on Tokyo MX.

On September 19th (KST), H2 Media‘s official Twitter posted the following message:

MYNAME’s official fancafe was updated with an image featuring the silhouette of the members. The image was also accompanied by the text, “MYNAME IS COMING SOON“.

MBC’s ‘Music Core‘ is back once again with another fun and exciting show!

Today’s show was guided by none other than Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany, Taeyeon, and Seohyun who displayed their fun and dorky aegyo as always.

Aside from the usual stages on tonight’s episode, boy group Boyfriend held their comeback stage with their retro title track “Love Style“.

The five ladies of f(x) also shocked the audience with their comeback track “Electric Shock“.
Last but most definitely not least, boy group CROSS GENE made their hot debut with “La-Di Da-Di“!

Rookie boy group MYNAME has finally kicked off preparations for their comeback!

The boys debuted with “Message” eight months ago, but are now ready to kick things up a notch with the teaser music video release of their newest track, “Hello & Goodbye“. MYNAME has revealed that they’re as determined as ever to put out music that they’re confident in for their upcoming comeback.

Featuring actress Son Eun Seo, the music video starts off with a beaten up Gunwoo roaming the streets with scenes of his relationship with the actress cutting in between.

Having debuted with their digital single, “Message“, last year, MYNAME has announced that they’re ready to make a comeback with a new single album next month!

On May 16th, H2 Media‘s official Twitter updated with a new teaser image along with news that the boys would be releasing their comeback single in June. The concept looks to be purposely hidden behind shadows, but it’s easy to tell that the boys will be carrying over their powerful debut concept.

In related news, MYNAME also recently announced their official fanclub name, which was chosen through a series of votes. Fans can now proudly call themselves ‘MYgirl‘.

On this week’s episode of MTV‘s ‘The Show‘ , in addition to the stage debut by rookie group TAKEN, many other groups gave viewers exciting performances.

The November 25th line-up included: , MYNAME, WE, M.I.B, B.o.M, and Noel. Hosted by Kim Him Chan and Girl’s Day‘s maknae Hyeri, the show aims to introduce the hottest stars in K-Pop through three different categories: ‘Hot Singer’, ‘Super Rookie’, and ‘Comeback Singer’.
