Nine Muses releases ‘Sweet Rendezvous’ jacket cover, concept photos, and tracklist


After releasing member Erin’s comeback teaser photo a few days ago, Nine Muses has unveiled the official album jacket cover to their new album, ‘Sweet Rendezvous‘.

The sepia photo gives off a mysterious, vintage feel, and the girls who are posing in front of a train look like they’re about to embark on some sort of journey.

Going off their new theme ‘Ticket’, the girls are pulling off a concept that’s completely different from their previous, living up to their title as ‘model idols’.

Each member is striking the right pose and wearing the perfect facial expression to display their own charms, and their album jacket looks more like a pictorial from a fashion magazine.

The album jacket came as a surprise to some fans, as the concept was completely different from Erin’s sexy and charming ‘ticket girl’ teaser photo.

Their title song “Ticket” from the girls’ new album ‘Sweet Rendezvous’ that drops on March 8th is their third collaboration project with Sweetune, after “Figaro” and “News“.

“Ticket” is sure to leave an impression on listeners, as the lyrics compare the heart of a woman to a one-way ticket. Once the love is given, there’s no going back.

Their agency Star Empire remarked, “We spent a lot of time thinking about how we could project the ‘ticket’ theme. We wanted to mix Nine Muses’ unique colors to all the images this word brings to mind. We thought that we could create extreme change with different images from time to time, and attempted to work on various projects. We will be releasing all the different charms and appeals of Nine Muses with this new ‘ticket’ theme.”

ZE:A to kick off the New Year with charity work


ZE:A will be kicking off the New Year with charity work!

After visiting an orphanage home in Suwon on January 3rd, the boys will be working with ‘NGO Good People‘ for a volunteer program with their fans.

At their charity concert in December, the boys touched on their volunteer plans for the New Year by revealing, “The proceeds from this concert will be donated to charity, and we’ve also got fun projects with our fans lined up in the New Year.” Fans chosen through a lottery at the concert will be paired with a ZE:A member for the NGO volunteer project.

The boys will also be dropping by the orphanage that they’ve been supporting since their debut with New Year presents.

Star Empire stated, “Like promised at their charity concert, the boys will be volunteering with their fans on January 3rd. On their way, they wanted to stop by the orphanage to visit their little friends. They’ve prepared various presents like school supplies, dolls, and clothes.”

Nine Muses reveal concept photo of new member, Kyung Li


Yesterday, girl group Nine Muses revealed their comeback concept with their new member, Kyung Li.

Following a group teaser, the girls have returned with an individual photo of their eigth member!
Posing with smudged make-up and messy, tousled hair, fans were surprised to see a member being introduced without a proper glammed up photo.

Representatives of Star Empire explained, “We felt that since she’s a rookie that not many people are familiar with, she’d be perfect to express the correct feel of the image we’re trying to convey. This is not just an image cut of Kyung Li, but rather a teaser that encompasses everything about Nine Muses’ comeback.” 

21 year old Kyung Li has been a trainee for quite a while and is skilled in both vocals and dance. Nine Muses will be making their return on January 11th.

ZE:A to Celebrate Christmas with a Charity Concert


To celebrate the upcoming Christmas holiday in a warm and special way with their fans, ZE:A has announced that they will be holding their own charity concert party "NA:NUM 2011" at the Ax-Korea Hall on December 26!

Since their debut, the boys have been consistently volunteering at children's homes and shelters but decided to take their charity work a step further this year with their fans by opening a charity concert.

Charity organization "Good People" supported the cause and promised their full help to the members in making it possible. The members worked with the organization in every step of the way so that they would be able to bring in the sponsored help of companies that could provide food and products at a cheaper price.

As it is a party concert, fans are required to attend in a red and white dress code. A tree where fans can leave hand written wishes will also be provided at the front lobby, along with donation booths.

"Everyone is having a lot of fun preparing for this in hopes of wrapping up their year on a good note. This year is our first, but we plan to make this an annual event," Star Empire said.

Star Empire releases “Shooting Star” MV


After releasing their Christmas single yesterday, Star Empire released a MV featuring the members of its family.

Park Jung Ah, Seo In Young, ZE:A, Jewelry, and Nine Muses showed off their holiday spirit in this festive video, comprised of behind-the-scenes shots and recording sessions.
